How to contact us Orders

How do I order a product?

Look for the article you have in mind using the search criteria suggested on our homepage. When you find what you were looking for, click on the product of your choice. Every item is presented in detail on a product card containing the photograph, a brief description, color and selling price. Choose the right size and place the product in the cart by clicking Add to the cart. A list of the products you selected so far will appear on the screen. You can finalize the purchase by clicking on Buy the article.

If  you are not a registered user you will be asked to register first. If you are a registered user, the system will ask for your username and password. You will then be assigned an order number and shown the articles contained in your cart. You must choose delivery and payment type from the available ones. Click on Confirm and fill in the necessary payment details. The order is now made and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Once the purchase procedure is completed, how can I track down my order?

To track down your order you must enter the website and log-in. You can check your order status by clicking on Orders. Once the article is handed over to the courier you will receive an e-mail by DHL/UPS with the assigned dispatch number. The order can be tracked down using the link you find in the e-mail.

How can I pay?

You can pay with credit card or through PayPal.

When is the order debited to my account?

Your account is debited the moment your order is confirmed.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, for every dispatch MGM SpA will issue an invoice containing the details you provided in the order form. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

Deliveries

When shall I receive the goods I ordered?

Delivery time, from the moment you made the order, will depend on the type of dispatch you selected in the cart (Standard or Express) and the place of destination. Please remember that delivery times may be subject to delay in case of public holidays. For more details click here. (link)

What type of dispatch is available to me?

The goods you ordered will be dispatched through DHL/UPS. The dispatch type available to you will depend on your area. For more information click here.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may vary according to the type of dispatch you selected and the country of destination. For more information click here.

In what countries can you deliver your products?

Our products can be delivered in all countries.

Can I arrange a delivery time?

You cannot arrange a delivery time with the courier. You can however indicate, if you prefer, a delivery address different from your home address (e.g. office, etc.).

What happens if nobody is there to receive the goods?

The courier will deliver from Monday to Friday during office times and will attempt to do so for two consecutive working days. If nobody is there to receive the goods, they will be left undelivered in the nearest warehouse. MGM SpA customer service will get in touch with you to try and solve any problem.

Reimbursements and returned goods

How can I return a product?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you ordered you can return one or more of them, following the instructions given below:

  • Let us know which products you wish to return by sending an e-mail to info@hypno.it  no later than 10 days after receiving the pack; 

  • Send the products you want to return through a courier of your choice or, alternatively, the Post Office; 

  • Make sure the products are in the same condition they were when you first received them, including shoe boxes, wrappings, labels, envelopes and original instructions booklets. 

If you followed these instructions, MGM SpA will reimburse you the full product price, excluding transport costs. However, MGM SpA will not accept the product back if the above indications are not complied with, in which case the product will be sent back to your address at your expense.

What is the deadline for returning a product if I am not satisfied with it?

You must communicate your intention to return the product no later than 10 days after receiving it and return it no later than 7 days after our authorization.

Can I exchange one product for another?

If you are not satisfied with the color or model of the product you purchased, you can return it and we will refund the money you paid for it.

If the size does not fit you are entitled to one free size change. For any further change transport costs will be on you.

How much will it cost to return a product?

Transport costs for returned goods are met by the client. The cost will depend on the courier you chose to return the products.

How can I return a product to you?

You can send back to us the product you wish to return through a courier of your choice or, alternatively, the Post Office.

When shall I be reimbursed?

After MGM SpA received your returned goods and checked that everything is in order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that the goods were accepted. The time required to reimburse you will depend on the type of payment you chose when making the purchase. In any case that will not exceed 30 days. We remind you that we will not reimburse your contribution to transport expenses, but just the price you paid for the product you are returning.

How can I register?

Registering on the website is very easy, and free: when you make your first order you will be asked to register first and provide the necessary data.

What shall I do if I forget username and password?

If you forgot your username and/or password, click on Login and then on Recover Password. You will be asked the e-mail address quoted in your registration form. An e-mail message containing your password will be sent to that address.

Can I change my registration details?

Once you logged in, you can click on your e-mail address, in the upper part of the screen. Your registration form will appear. Here you can make all necessary changes in the modifiable fields.
